Schedule for Group Classes ​​
These courses are for everyone from the complete novice to the experienced practitioner. Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. 
  1. TUESDAY at 6 PM
    6:00 -7:00 PM - Evening Practice This combination creates a state of relaxation and calm. Stress, anxiety, and tension should melt away as you focus on the present.
  2. THURSDAY at 1PM
    1:00 -2:00 PM - Afternoon Practice Emphasizing technique over strength. This low impact class may be especially suitable for an older adult with knee and hip limitations
  3. SATURDAY at 10 AM
    10:00 - 11:00 AM - Morning Practice Bend to become straight; relaxed and extended; internally and externally consistent; use stillness to control movement; use softness to control hardness.
