Moving Meditation

  
These courses are for everyone from the complete novice to the experienced practitioner. Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. 
  1. Evening Practice
    6:00pm
    This combination creates a state of relaxation and calm. Stress, anxiety, and tension should melt away as you focus on the present.

    Emphasizing technique over strength. This low impact class may be especially suitable for an older adult with knee and hip limitations
